Day 1

Belfast beats Omokoroa 2 rink points to 1 in first round at Howick Bowling Club. In the second round they beat Johnsonville by the same score. Round 3 they played Invercargill and shared the points 1.5 each.

Adele in the singles has won all games 21-12, 21-19 and 21-8. Rebecca and Julie in the pairs have had 16-23 loss then 16-15 win and 15-15 draw and Raels, Di, Gael & Lois had a 15-13 win followed by a 9-24 and 10-17 loss.

The Team are top of the ladder in Section 3 after Day 1.

Day 2

Playing at the Pt Chev Club, first game against Far North RSA they win 2.5 rink points to .5. In their second game against Palmerston North they lost 1 rink point to 2 but finished ahead of Palmerston Nth with 9 game points, to finish 2nd in their Section.

Our ladies unfortunately lost their q/final to Papakura going down 1 rink point to 2.
