Rebecca has fought hard over two days of qualifying to get the 4 wins required at the National Singles in Auckland.

Day 1 was very tough with Becs having 2 losses and a win; 20/21 in Round 1, 21/19 win in Round 2, 19/21 in Round 3 before finishing with a bye.

Day 2 started off well with a 21/4 win then a bye, in Round 7 she beat Denise Barnes 21/18 and then played Janice Little. They both needed a win to qualify, Rebecca coming out on top with a 21/17 win.

Her words at the end of Day 2 were; "very tricky couple of days, but feeling good going into tomorrows play".

Outstanding bowls so far Becs, the Club is very proud of your performance.
